Netherlands Youth Theatre- Acting Antics, conducts weekly classes in musical theatre, dance and drama for students across the Netherlands

We hire professional actors, singers, dancers as well as performing arts teachers to work with our students, in a structured, performance-based programme of musical theatre / drama training.  Curriculum and repertoire are provided.

We are always seeking expressions of interest from suitable applicants to accept teaching shifts when they become available throughout the year.

Successful applicants will have:

• teaching experience, or natural aptitude a good rapport with children and young people
• ability to work to a deadline
• ability to work and communicate with a team
• an understanding of the consistency and perseverance it takes to put on a successful production
• a current Working With Children Check
• a current certificate of first aid training

Singing Teacher/ Musical Director Requirements

• tertiary voice training, or equivalent professional experience
• very confident piano/keyboard skills (vocal warm-up exercises, teaching melodies and accompanying with melody and chords)

Dance Teacher Requirements

• tertiary dance training, or equivalent professional experience

Drama Teacher Requirements

• tertiary drama training, or equivalent professional experience
• teaching experience, or natural aptitude a good rapport with children and young people
• ability to accurately follow a curriculum blocking notes
